| We want every Dutton Vocalion product we send to our customers to reach them in perfect condition.
However, if you receive goods from us that are damaged or do not function as they should, please return them to us within 7 days from date of purchase for either a full refund, a replacement or goods to the same value. Please note that if a customer orders any Dutton Vocalion product in error - e.g. they already own it - then in these circumstances we will not be in a position to offer a refund. |
