At Dutton Vocalion we pride ourselves on our fast and efficient dispatch of orders, which is one of many factors that has enabled us to build and maintain a loyal, happy customer base.

All orders for in-stock items made before the close of business, here in the UK (4 pm GMT), on a week day will be dispatched immediately.
Dispatching
If you have paid for your purchase(s) via credit or debit card, and this has been successfully processed, we will immediately dispatch your order. In the vast majority of cases, this means your order will be sent on either the day it is received or the next working day.

Temporarily Out of Stock
If, on the extremely rare ocassions, we receive payment for goods that are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to inform you immediately.

Postal Charges for CDs
Our postal charges are added at the checkout and depend on where the order is being shipped to. You will be asked to select the region and the type of postage you wish to use. All charges are controlled by Royal Mail's tariffs. We do our upmost to keep these to a minimum.

We offer normal and 'Signed for' postal charges:

Normal Postage
The normal postal charges are for Royal Mail second class delivery for UK-based customers and Royal Mail Airmail for overseas customers (including the Irish Rep.).

'Signed for' Postage
The 'Signed for' postage charges are for Royal Mail 'Signed for' delivery, allowing for an extra secure postal delivery. This options is useful to customers in certain regions where the postal delivery service is not reliable.

Postal Charges for DVDs and Books
Postal charges for books, DVDs and special sets are at the same rate as CDs.

However, because of the extra weight of these items, when you add an item to your shopping cart, you will be asked to select the region and the type of postage you wish to use. The cost of this item will be adjusted at this point. Please make sure you select the correct region/postal type to prevent the order being delayed.
